A pioneering journey in self-service laundry
Cicclo began in 2017 with the conception of its own self-service laundry solution. In 2018, it put this technology into operation in residential buildings; in 2019, it brought the solution to commercial self-service laundries. This pioneering journey connects residents and customers to machine operation and business management.
This foundation evolved into other self-service sectors and operations in Latin America and Europe. Our focus remains the same: turn technical complexity into a simple user experience and useful information for operators.
Beyond payment: a connected operation
Cicclo develops payment and equipment connectivity devices, operational software and its own SaaS platform. Payments, activation, monitoring and management form one journey, with each installation assessed for equipment compatibility.
For franchises and business networks, we bring together unit visibility, KPIs, dashboards and BI. Tailored projects can customize processes and connect systems through open APIs; subject to technical assessment, those improvements can also become part of the SaaS.
