1. Brazilian contracting entity
CICCLO TECNOLOGIA LTDA, CNPJ 23.436.294/0001-02. These terms cover this company's services when incorporated in the applicable contract. Contact: contato@cicclo.com. The agreement, not the selected language, identifies the supplier.
2. Services, users and contracting
These terms govern authorised use of the website, Cicclo Lavanderia app, management platforms, modules, connected hardware and Cicclo integrations, according to the solution actually provided. The customer buys the solution; an authorised user is a person with individual access granted by the customer or Cicclo; an end user uses the supported operation.
Scope, price, access quantities, hardware, implementation, support and service levels are defined in the applicable proposal and contract. A commercial description does not automatically include all modules. Reading these terms does not purchase a service, make a payment or accept changes to an existing contract.
3. Acceptance and contractual documents
Contractual commitment requires acceptance through the contracting process, with an opportunity to read and retain the applicable version. A business representative must have authority to act for it. Website browsing is not treated as silent acceptance of a penalty.
Mandatory law prevails, followed by expressly agreed specific conditions, the contract and system acceptance, and these terms insofar as incorporated. The Privacy Policy provides data information without blanket processing authorisation. Material changes must be notified and accepted where necessary, without retrospective sanctions.
4. Registration and individual users
Registration data must be accurate and current. Each person must use their own access with permissions matching their role. The customer's administrator must grant, review and revoke access, including when a person leaves. Additional users depend on the plan and available features.
False identities, another person's account, transferring, lending, selling or allowing third-party use of individual access are prohibited. Staff or partners within an operation are not authorised to share one credential. Integrations must use their own credentials and expressly authorised permissions.
5. Password sharing is prohibited
Passwords, authentication codes, account recovery information, sessions and personal tokens are confidential and non-transferable. Users must not provide them to third parties, including colleagues, consultants or service providers. Disclosure, improper reuse and bypassing access controls on any Cicclo platform are prohibited. Required authentication must be respected.
Users must protect their devices, end sessions on shared devices and report suspected unauthorised access immediately. Customers must instruct personnel and request necessary individual access. Voluntary sharing breaches the contract even with a known third party; this does not presume user fault in every case of fraud or security failure.
6. Consequences and contractual penalty
A breach may justify session revocation, credential reset, proportionate access restriction or suspension, investigation and other contractual measures. Immediate risk may require containment before the investigation concludes, followed by notice and a challenge channel as soon as possible.
Password sharing subjects the breaching party to the applicable penalty specifically provided in the contract and in the Terms and Conditions of the Cicclo system-use acceptance they signed or validly accepted, where applicable to the conduct and enforceable by law. Amount, formula, limits and criteria are those of that instrument; this page creates no new amount and does not permit charging without an accepted clause. Compensation for proven losses follows law and contract, without improper double recovery and preserving judicial review of excessive penalties.
7. Prohibited uses
Fraud, equipment interference, obtaining services without payment due, unauthorised access to other operations' data, vulnerability exploitation, malware, attacks, abusive mass collection, intellectual property infringement and unlawful use are prohibited. Users must not remove controls, falsify events or bypass licence limits.
Integrations and security testing require documented authorisation, scope and limits. A partner authorised to control equipment is not authorised to use other modules or access user data without a valid ground. Report faults through official channels without exposing data or physical safety.
8. Licence and intellectual property
Authorised use grants a licence limited to contracted features for the agreed duration and permissions. Cicclo software, documentation, interfaces, marks and other assets remain with their owners; source code or exclusive rights are not transferred without a specific instrument.
Customers retain rights in their own data and materials and grant only permissions necessary to provide the service. Customisation, white label, deliverables and maintenance must be contractually defined. Reverse-engineering and reproduction restrictions respect mandatory legal exceptions and cannot remove non-waivable rights.
9. Operation responsibilities
The laundry, building, franchise or other establishment remains responsible for physical operation, premises safety, maintenance, prices, usage rules and customer information, according to contracted responsibilities. Cicclo supplies the contracted technology and services; it does not automatically own or operate every establishment.
Bookings, lateness tolerance, booking penalties, bonuses, machine limits, balances and access must be presented before use. Human support on behalf of the operation depends on the contracted service and does not remove the establishment's obligations. Users must follow equipment safety instructions and limits; emergencies require appropriate local channels.
10. Prices, payments and credits
Amounts, recurring charges and commercial conditions must be disclosed before acceptance. Dynamic pricing applies to the displayed price for the selected service at purchase or booking under disclosed rules; it does not authorise retrospective changes to confirmed transactions.
Credits, prepaid RFID cards, bonuses and promotions follow communicated operation and contract rules without removing mandatory consumer rights. Payments may depend on institutions and acquirers with their own rules. Discrepancies, release failures and refunds must be investigated using receipts and available records; a charge is not presumed to prove service delivery.
11. Modular hardware and integrations
Partners may contract individual modules, such as refrigerator door locks, coffee-machine control or entry control within their own systems. Each project must define compatibility, command authorisation, responsibilities, support and data processing. Modular provision does not imply purchasing the whole platform.
APIs, call limits, equipment validation and technical changes follow documentation and agreed conditions. Partners are responsible for their software, credentials and authorised commands; Cicclo is responsible for its own obligations. Neither party may use integrations for unauthorised access, physical risk or processing without a valid ground.
12. Availability, maintenance and support
Availability, support and response times depend on the plan and contracted service level. Uninterrupted operation or absolute absence of errors is not promised. Maintenance, updates and disruptions must be managed with appropriate information and measures proportionate to their impact.
Connectivity, power, local maintenance and third parties may affect functions. Offline RFID, where contracted and technically available, does not mean that the app, bookings or all equipment work without internet. These dependencies do not remove legal responsibilities or permit automatic refusal of support.
13. Data and confidentiality
The parties must protect confidential information and limit its use to the authorised purpose. Customers must ensure legitimacy of supplied data and instructions, inform users and implement appropriate permissions. Cicclo receives no unlimited authorisation to reuse customer data.
Processing on behalf of customers requires an agreement covering instructions, data categories, security, subprocessors, rights cooperation, incidents, return and erasure. These terms and the public policy do not fully replace that agreement. Data protection and confidentiality duties continue while data or information remain under each party's responsibility.
14. Suspension, termination and export
Termination, renewal and cancellation follow contract and law. Serious breaches or security risks may require proportionate suspension; remediable situations should allow notice and correction where feasible. Users may challenge measures through the official contact.
Upon termination, access and licences may end, with return or export of data to which the customer is entitled under agreed formats, times and responsibilities. Deleting a user account does not automatically terminate the business contract, and debt does not extinguish personal data rights. Residual retention requires its own ground and period.
15. Liability and legal limits
Each party is responsible for its obligations and attributable losses under law and contract, considering conduct, causation and applicable evidence rules. Third-party events and compromised credentials must be investigated; they do not automatically exclude Cicclo's liability.
Negotiated liability limits in business relationships apply only when validly agreed and lawful. Mandatory consumer and data rights, and liabilities which cannot be limited, remain protected. Simply using the site does not create a general waiver for supplier-attributable fraud, intent, negligence or failure.
16. Apps, Apple and Google
App use is also subject to store rules and the applicable licence. Apple and Google do not become parties to the Cicclo service or guarantee third-party equipment by distributing the app. Store purchases, subscriptions and cancellations follow the store's channel and mandatory rules.
The Privacy Policy and deletion contact are available separately. Account deletion is distinct from uninstalling and subscription cancellation. These terms do not certify permanent approval or full compliance of app versions; permissions, data declarations and features must reflect the actual product.
The App Store application licence follows Apple’s standard EULA or the specific licence validly provided for that application and territory. These service terms do not automatically replace that licence or change mandatory store rules.
17. Changes, notices and validity
Relevant notices must use registered channels and identify changes and their application. Customers must maintain current contact details; this does not waive Cicclo's duty to communicate appropriately. New penalties or material obligations do not bind retrospectively without the legal and contractual prerequisites.
If a provision is invalid, the remainder survives insofar as legally possible, without abusive unilateral replacement. Not exercising a right on one occasion is not a general waiver. The prevailing version and translation discrepancies must be addressed in the contract without harming transparency or mandatory rights.
18. Questions, challenges and documents
Contact contato@cicclo.com to clarify contracted scope, obtain applicable documents, report incidents or challenge an account measure. Do not share passwords with support. Personal data requests follow the Privacy Policy and do not require acceptance of new conditions.
This edition is under legal and operational review. Its presentation on the preview website does not replace an existing signed contract or acceptance, establish an independent penalty or prove implementation of requirements across other platforms.
19. Applicable law and consumer rights
Relevant Brazilian law applies to Brazilian operations, including civil, consumer and data protection rules. Any negotiated business forum must be valid and cannot remove legally protected consumer or individual forums or remedies. This page imposes no mandatory arbitration.
Applicable cancellation, withdrawal, compensation and information rights remain protected. Contractual penalties must respect statutory limits, proportionality and judicial reduction. The password-sharing penalty is that of the accepted instrument described above, not a penalty imposed by LGPD.
